Thomas Bremer has been with the company and in work preparation for eight years. "Like everywhere, we have ups and downs, but on the whole we are in a good position, but there is always room for improvement." His challenge is the organisation between employees and superiors. By revising the series and developing new models, such as the AR 380, Thomas Bremer sees Atlas Weyhausen as fit for the future. This also offers a perspective for younger colleagues, because this strategy gives security for more than five years. During the introduction of the new AR 420 to AR 580 machines, the integration into the work preparation department worked out well. "We all work as a team. It's a great thing and really fun."
