MK-Bau relies on the weycor AR 60 wheel loader. mk-bau has moved to a larger company site in Kronach and has thus acquired a new and versatile location. Company boss Martin Kolb is looking ahead and investing in the future. He has also done this with the purchase of a second weycor AR 60 wheel loader.
The construction company's range of services includes concrete work, outdoor facilities, renovation, new construction and bridge renovation as well as floor coatings. A small but excellent fleet of vehicles, including the weycor AR 60 wheel loader, is available for this extensive range of services. "The advice from Becker Baumaschinen was crucial for this decision. And it was the right one," says Martin Kolb.
The Becker company has also taken over the service and thus guarantees that the machine is always ready for use. The weycor AR 60 is a compact wheel loader with a Yanmar diesel engine with an output of 36.5 kW (50 hp) at 3000 rpm. The drive is hydrostatic, the variable speed drive can be switched under load and the AR 60 naturally has all-wheel drive. The AR 60 stands securely on the ground. This is ensured by the articulated pendulum joint with an oscillation of ± 12° as well as the rigid axles with planetary reduction and 100% differential lock on the front and rear axles.
The fully hydraulic central articulated steering with 40° steering angle on both sides gives the AR 60 its special maneuverability. Martin Kolb is particularly impressed by the performance data of the wheel loader. "We use the AR 60 to lift and transport almost everything that is needed and the loader is not spared in the process. Sometimes you are surprised when the AR 60 lifts and safely transports the heaviest fully packed pallets as a matter of course." With the standard buckets of 0.65 - 1.0 m³ and a tipping load of 3059 kg / 2701 kg stretched / folded with an operating weight of 4300 kg, the AR 60 is particularly versatile in gardening and landscaping, in the construction industry, in municipal use or in agriculture.
The weycor AR 60 was also used for clearing work on the new 3,800 m² site and really shone here too. "The wheel loader is so maneuverable, you can't help but be amazed." The inner radius of the wheel loader when cornering is just 1840 mm and the outer radius is 3690 mm.
Martin Kolb and his employees are not the only ones who are enthusiastic about the weycor AR 60. Another fan of the wheel loader is Benny. The Jack Russell Terrier, who never misses the opportunity to ride along on the AR 60. No driver can ignore his barking when he gets into the cab. Benny only quietens down when he is present.
