When machines need to prove themselves in the tough day-to-day reality of construction sites, it’s not theory that counts—it’s practice. That’s exactly why Weycor, together with the civil engineering and earthworks company R+E Todtenhaupt, took a closer look at the day-to-day use of the AR480S swing wheel loader.

The first wheel loaders in the new Weycor 3 Series are on their way to customers—and they have a very distinctive look. With the First Edition, Atlas Weyhausen is launching the first 100 wheel loaders of the new generation of compact wheel loaders with exclusive special equipment.

With the official launch of the new Weycor 3 Series, Atlas Weyhausen is setting a new standard in the compact class. This newly developed generation of wheel loaders combines compact dimensions with a level of performance that was previously often reserved for larger wheel loaders.

Weycor AR660 wheel loaders are on their way to international deployment, where they will support United Nations (UN) projects in the future. The wheel loaders will be used primarily for infrastructure projects as well as cleanup and reconstruction efforts in crisis areas.

Atlas GmbH (excavator division) and Atlas Weyhausen GmbH (wheel loader division with the Weycor brand) were part of a shared corporate history in the past, but have been completely separate companies in legal, economic, and organizational terms for many years.
