Weycor at GaLaBau 2026: Spotlight on the New 3 Series

From September 15 to 18, 2026, the landscaping industry will gather at GaLaBau in Nuremberg. Weycor will once again be in attendance, showcasing its latest wheel loader solutions for professional use in gardening and landscaping at Hall 7, Booth 7-232. The focus of the exhibition will be on the completely redesigned 3 Series, featuring the Weycor 360 and 380 models. The presentation will be complemented by an AR480 from the proven 4 Series.

Compact in design, versatile in function

With the new 3 Series, Weycor has fundamentally redesigned its compact class. The Weycor 360 and 380 models combine compact dimensions and high maneuverability with a modern machine design that was specifically engineered for versatility, ease of operation, and the diverse demands of daily work.

These features are particularly in demand in gardening and landscaping: cramped work sites, frequently changing tasks, and a wide variety of demands placed on the machine are all part of everyday life in this field. At the same time, compact dimensions are expected without having to compromise on performance, stability, and comfort.

The Weycor 360 offers a particular practical advantage: With an operating weight of about 2.7 metric tons, this compact wheel loader is trailer-transportable. For gardening and landscaping companies that work on different job sites every day, ease of transport is a crucial factor. The 360 can be easily transported wherever it’s needed, making it an ideal fit for a mobile workday.

The new generation will be available with both diesel and all-electric powertrains (starting in late 2026). Weycor is thus letting users decide which powertrain best suits their individual application needs.

The electric models are equipped with a 20-kW electric motor and can be fitted with a battery capacity of up to 44 kWh. They enable locally emission-free and exceptionally quiet operation, offering advantages, for example, on inner-city construction sites, in residential areas, parks, or other noise-sensitive work environments.

Three lifting mechanisms—one machine for a variety of needs

A key highlight of the new 3 Series is the choice between three different lift kinematics. This allows the wheel loader to be tailored specifically to the tasks that are most important in daily operation.

The P-kinematics are designed for maximum lifting capacity, making them particularly well-suited for heavy loads and pallet handling. With a lifting height of 2,600 mm, they offer a powerful solution for standard transport and handling tasks.

Operators who primarily use their wheel loader for bucket operations may opt for the Z-kinematics. Its strength lies in its high breakout forces, making it particularly well-suited for fast material handling, earthmoving, and standard bucket operations. At the same time, the lift height increases to 2,940 mm

The third variant is the P-Highlift kinematics. It offers greater lift height and reach, thereby expanding the range of applications, particularly for stacking and loading at greater heights. With a lift height of up to 3,220 mm, it offers the greatest working height among the three variants.

With lift heights ranging from 2,600 to 2,940 to 3,220 mm, it’s clear just how versatile the new 3 Series is in terms of configuration. Instead of forcing a compromise to accommodate as many applications as possible, Weycor allows users to select the lift system that best suits their actual primary application—from powerful pallet handling to demanding earthmoving and shoveling tasks, all the way to loading at greater heights.

The Driver Takes Center Stage

Another key area of development was the driver's workstation—the cab. After all, productivity isn't driven solely by technical performance metrics, but also by the environment where the driver and the machine work together for many hours every day.

The newly designed cab combines excellent all-around visibility through generously sized windows with an ergonomic workstation design. Especially on tight construction sites, when maneuvering between buildings, or when working in close proximity to people and other machines, having the best possible view of the work environment is of paramount importance.

Controls and displays are clearly arranged and designed for intuitive operation. At the same time, the cab offers a high level of comfort for long workdays. The combination of ergonomics, clarity, and ease of use is intended to reduce the driver’s workload and enable focused, productive work.

In designing the new generation, Weycor is once again adhering to a clear principle: Technology must prove itself in everyday use and provide real added value for the driver.

Ready for the Connected Construction Site

With the new generation, digitalization is also making greater inroads into the compact machine class. The Weycor Connect module provides the technical foundation for the wheel loader's digital connectivity.

The integrated antenna allows important machine data to be transmitted and used for more efficient planning, service, and fleet management. This enables machine information to be more closely integrated into operational processes—an issue that is becoming increasingly important, especially for companies with growing fleets.

In addition, the new 3 Series is MIC 4.0-ready and thus prepared for the growing cross-manufacturer connectivity of construction machinery and attachments. Weycor thus combines the traditional strengths of wheel loader design with the demands of an increasingly digitized construction site.

AR480: The Versatile All-Rounder

The AR480 on display at GaLaBau demonstrates that, in addition to the new compact class, Weycor also offers suitable solutions for gardening and landscaping in the next higher weight class.

As a representative of the 4 Series, it embodies the classic strengths of this model line: high maneuverability, performance, and versatility combined with a robust and durable design. This makes the AR480 particularly appealing to users who need a machine for a wide variety of tasks and, at the same time, expect higher power reserves.

The 4 Series is designed to be a true all-rounder within the Weycor portfolio. From material handling and traditional loading applications to earthmoving, transportation, and material handling tasks, the AR480 covers a wide range of operations.

Here, too, special attention is given to the operator. The spacious, comfortable cab offers a clear view of the work area and surroundings and combines ergonomic controls with a high level of comfort. This is an important factor for maintaining focus and reducing fatigue, especially during long workdays.

At the same time, the AR480 also follows Weycor’s typical design philosophy of creating a machine that is easy to service. Easy access to the relevant components simplifies maintenance and service work and helps keep downtime to a minimum.

A Focus on Practical Experience and Personal Interaction

That is why Weycor does not just want to showcase its machines at GaLaBau. Above all, the trade show offers an opportunity for direct interaction with users, dealers, and industry experts.

You can get an up-close look at the new 3 Series and talk with the Weycor team about different machine configurations and your specific operational needs.
