Two further wheel loaders, track excavators in sizes 0.8 to 14 tons and a truck round off the fleet and enable the 35 employees to work optimally.
The weycor wheel loaders are all equipped in such a way that winter service for large and small areas can also be offered and carried out reliably. Hydraulic spreaders can be operated, a PTO shaft ensures power transmission to attachments and the electrical system is also designed accordingly. The weycor high-speed wheel loaders are used to access sites within a radius of up to 30 km. "Providing the truck, loading, securing and transporting the wheel loader takes a lot of time, during which a wheel loader driver has already arrived at the job site with his AR. And there is only one employee on the job. That's why we purchased the AR 65e as a 50 km/h high-speed model." Marco Kaase, master gardener and landscaper and site manager, has been with the company for four years and has fully recognized the advantages of the weycor high-speed machines.
The weycor AR 65e can be supplied in different versions. As a standard model, as a 40 km/h high-speed model and as a 50 km/h high-speed wheel loader, as is the case with Buchalla. For fast road travel, the front axle drive is disengaged via the two-part cardan shaft with electro-hydraulic clutch as fast travel is only permitted with rear wheel drive. A Rockinger coupling is required for towing a trailer, as the standard ball head coupling is not approved for this. With this appropriate modification, the weycor AR 65e is then also a fully-fledged participant in road traffic.
The water-cooled Deutz TD 2.9 L4 diesel engine delivers 73 hp. With the common rail injection system, the cooled external exhaust gas recirculation and the diesel oxidation catalytic converter (DOC), no regeneration is required. The AR 65e is not only at the forefront in terms of speed, the loading system also enables fast, powerful and safe working. Lifting takes 5.3 seconds, lowering takes just 3.8 seconds and the material is dumped super-fast in 1.7 seconds.
The weycor AR 65 e has powerful and robust Z-kinematics with high ripping force and a hydraulic quick-change device. All functions are controlled via the weycor joystick. Parallel guidance is used for pallet fork operation and the wheel loader also has automatic bucket return in the digging position. For road travel, locking is carried out in accordance with StVZO.
Even the standard equipment of the wheel loader offers the driver maximum comfort: folding exterior rear view mirror, heated rear window, easy access from both sides, single lever operation via weycor joystick, driving range display, forward/reverse travel, vehicle lighting in accordance with StVZO, individually adjustable driver's seat with positionable right armrest, water heater with heat exchanger and 4-stage fan, adjustable windshield ventilation. Warning lights for engine oil pressure, engine overheating, hydraulic oil temperature and battery charge ensure a long service life for the engine. And on the central dashboard, the displays for pre-heating, engine temperature, fuel level and operating hours counter are in the driver's field of vision.
