Compact wheel loaders are indispensable tools in construction projects. Their maneuverability and road capability make them the first choice. Atlas Weyhausen is intensifying its presence through a strategic partnership with Zeppelin Baumaschinen to meet growing demand. From January 1, 2024, Zeppelin will expand its range with three Weycor wheel loaders with an operating weight of 2.5 to 4.9 tons and a telescopic wheel loader with an operating weight of 6 tons.
The models, ZL25, ZL35, ZL45 and ZL60T, are presented in the uniform Zeppelin design, which emphasizes the seamless integration of the products.
The compact wheel loaders, above all the ZL25 as the smallest in the Weycor portfolio, and the ZL35 impress with their maneuverability and performance. The ZL45, with an operating weight of 4.5 to 4.9 tons, is characterized by a mixture of power and agility. The fourth in the group, the ZL60T, is a telescopic wheel loader with an operating weight of 6 tons. All models offer high lifting and breakout forces, excellent lifting heights and outstanding pushing performance with easy handling.
The machines are all-terrain and maneuverable thanks to their robust articulated pendulum joint. The low center of gravity ensures stability. The separate inching pedal is particularly outstanding, distributing thrust and lifting forces evenly, reducing wear and saving fuel. Safety features such as the closed brake system guarantee safe operation, even on slopes.
For efficient maintenance, the machines are equipped with a telematics box to provide comprehensive information on operating time and location.
This shows that the new members of the Zeppelin product family from ATLAS Weyhausen, like the two companies, are geared towards increasing digitalization in the construction industry.
