Full of energy, new impetus and strong cooperation:
What happens when dealers, technology and visions of the future come together? That's exactly what our two-day Weycor Dealer Conference 2025 in Wildeshausen showed. For two days, everything revolved around dialog, further development and shared perspectives.
A format that inspires - content that moves
On both days, the focus was on one thing above all: learning, developing and shaping together.
Sales impulses & strategy talks
The focus was on sales: In a practical presentation, we introduced new sales strategies, market approaches and operational approaches. The focus was not only on current challenges, but above all on concrete measures for how we can work together to be even more successful.
Building on this, we continued the content in a targeted manner - with the aim of completing the strategic sales concept and gathering further impetus for implementation in the market through joint discussions.

Customer service & development in dialog
Two workshops offered deeper insights into our technical DNA:
- In the after-sales workshop, we discussed together how we can further improve service processes and make dealer support more efficient.
- In the development workshop, we presented technological innovations, provided insights into our future product strategy and gathered targeted feedback from the market.
Wheel loader course & factory tours
The focus was on practice and product experience:
- At the wheel loader course, participants were able to test various models themselves - a real highlight with guaranteed action.
- The factory tours provided exclusive insights into our production and assembly lines - authentic, transparent and with a lot of enthusiasm for the product.

Marketing workshop
In a comprehensive insight, we presented how we have strategically repositioned and further developed our marketing department. We showed how we are systematically sharpening our brand management, rolling out campaigns in a more structured way and focusing more specifically on lead generation.
Another focus was on our growing presence in social media, particularly through the targeted use of meta ads, locally targeted content and the long-term goal of expanding our marketing activities internationally. The presentation made it clear that we have laid the foundations - now it's all about creating more visibility together and dovetailing our measures even more closely with sales and retail.
More than just a program - living community
Of course, there was no shortage of networking opportunities either: at lunch together on the first day, many took the opportunity for lively discussions, sharing experiences and making new contacts.
A special highlight followed in the evening: our evening event not only offered culinary delights and socializing, but also surprised with an award ceremony and a magic show that not only entertained the audience, but also made them think. The highlight - the "Puzzle of Life " - built an impressive bridge to the changes we are currently shaping as a company: Change as part of a bigger picture, in which every single contribution counts and there is always room for change.
On the second day, the conference was rounded off with a joint boat trip on the Weser - a relaxed atmosphere that provided space for in-depth discussions and a successful conclusion.

Our conclusion: Tailwind for the common path
The consistently positive feedback, the first visible successes of our new direction and the intensive exchange with all of you clearly show us that we are on the right track.
Our conference was not just a review, but above all a new beginning. With lots of new ideas, constructive feedback and genuine team spirit, we are looking forward with motivation.
