BEYER-Mietservice KG is continuing to expand its rental fleet in the earthmoving and material handling sector, once again relying on the proven technology of Atlas Weyhausen. With the delivery of a total of 15 new Weycor wheel loaders, the rental specialist is consciously investing in machines that impress in the rental business with their reliability, robustness, and long-term cost-effectiveness .
In addition to expanding the vehicle fleet, the joint meeting also focused on close and direct communication between the manufacturer and rental company —a decisive advantage for fast response times, practical solutions, and high availability in day-to-day business.

The Weycor AR420 wheel loaders supplied, used by BEYER Rental Service as RL 100 II, belong to the highly sought-after 5-ton wheel loader segment. Thanks to the hydraulic quick-change system, attachments such as pallet forks, folding and rock buckets or special tools can be changed in no time at all – ideal for changing customer requirements in the rental business.
With a bucket volume of 1.0 m³, a dumping height of 2.48 m, and a particularly robust chassis, Weycor wheel loaders cover a wide range of applications – from inner-city construction sites to rough terrain. Hydrostatic all-wheel drive, differential lock, and articulated steering ensure high maneuverability, optimum traction, and safe stability – features that minimize downtime and maximize rentability.
Long-lasting technology meets low operating costs
Weycor wheel loaders are powered by an efficient Deutz four-cylinder engine (55.4 kW / 75.3 hp) that complies with the EU V emissions standard. This means that the machines can also be used without restriction in emission-sensitive areas – an important factor for municipal and commercial tenants.
The Z-kinematics with 5,160 daN breakout force, 4,100 daN thrust force, and a tipping load of up to 4,018 kg guarantee powerful performance and low-wear operation. The excellent parallel guidance facilitates precise fork work, while the separate inch pedal enables sensitive control of the drive and lift hydraulics – a clear advantage for changing operators in everyday rental use.
